May 2013 started on YouTube sharing outfits. From there she’s successfully grown but she is especially known for how thin she is. Even near the beginning people debated whether she should be online and vlogging to begin with due to her size and its possible influence on others. There was even a change.org petition to ban her. This said while I understand I do feel like that’s a weird line to draw and you’d perhaps have to draw it with everyone at a certain weight then. I don’t think we should be picking and closing like that and that comes from someone who has also struggled with an eating disorder.
Though I also get the flip side of in certain cases people feel they need to do something that may also influence the individual as well. Before she’d deny and claim it was naturally how she was. And she has agreed before to taking a break and working with a doctor on her condition.
Shane Dawson then came out with a documentary about her return to social media just 5 months later showing her doing well though others worried it might help in a relapse which would later be proven right.
To really prove this point she even collapsed on livestream leading to various rumours as to why but it was definitely due to her declining health. It was clearly something important but she did attempt to brush this off as stress.
Her mother has also received criticism for either brushing of or enabling Eugenia. It doesn’t seem like there is much help for her to change given that or that has been advertised by anyone else.
I was reading a TMZ article that stated apparently the Greenwich Police department in her area often received call worried about Eugenia’s health ‘have her number’ they were noted saying they do check in on her and if they can’t reach her by phone they visit her. Unfortunately there’s only so much they can do though and mental health and choices and deciding to get help or not is up to the person.
Aside from apparently she’s best friends with Jeffery Star where they spending time chatting on livestreams together and occasionally defending each other in their own way. So that’s one…character.
She has also been upfront about being a Trump supporter which especially as a Canadian is just…..I mean make american great and all that but I think exactly what would accomplish that is a lack of Trump.
Other issues that have gotten in trouble recently though is her discord servers. She’s had it come out that she will allow predators, stalkers and the like to stick around even with other fan’s complaints if they tend to at least be nice to her or donate to her.
While I mean, I understand needing help with certain issues and hoping her health well, it’s another thing to make the choice as far as characters you keep around you issues you allow to happen to over under your umbrella.
A notable TikToker under wtfisthistimeline or also known as Phancakes came out with her own allegations that she was being stalked, she was scared and even reached out to Eugeina who kind of brushed her off in and way that didn’t look good on her.
One of her own moderators also comments that they have been very lenient to certain individuals for her but were getting frustrated by their behavior. Other moderators have also mentioned feeling ignored, that they felt she sought attention and didn’t care much of others opinions. She even had a convicted criminal or really on the registry for well being a PDF, allegedly one even got away with murder but I guess couldn’t be convicted, as a moderator but her response is she just didn’t know anything. There’s many other accusations of terrible people that went ignored. She has even gone on stream and defended a questionable character before. Though now many fans have complained and mentioned the damage her server and certain people in her community have done. Now the serve has been deleted.
Final fact I came across as well just to leave a sour taste in your mouth but apparently her brother, who is supposedly autistic but still…has drawn his sister Eugenia…naked. She has said at times while some of his drawings are her others aren’t. It seems they’ve summed it up at times as well that as he is an artist, it’s about artists learning anatomy but why it has to be his sister…I don’t think I want to know.
